Event Schedule
A hands-on experience designed to transform how you document and systematize your restoration business.
We'll kick off with a deep assessment of your current operations. You'll learn why SOPs are the foundation of scale, audit your existing processes, and dive into water mitigation protocols that actually work. The day concludes with a welcome reception and dinner to connect with fellow restoration owners.
Day 2 is all about building out your SOP library. We'll cover fire & smoke restoration procedures, mold remediation protocols, and give you hands-on time in breakout sessions focused on job costing, equipment tracking, and QC systems. You'll also get hot seat coaching on your specific operational challenges.
The final day focuses on taking everything you've learned and making it stick. You'll learn how to train your team on new SOPs, build accountability and compliance systems, and create your personalized 90-day implementation plan. You'll leave with a clear roadmap to operational excellence.
