Day 2 is all about building out your SOP library. We'll cover fire & smoke restoration procedures, mold remediation protocols, and give you hands-on time in breakout sessions focused on job costing, equipment tracking, and QC systems. You'll also get hot seat coaching on your specific operational challenges.

Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days can be transferred to a future event or another attendee from your company.
What should I bring?
Bring business cards for networking, a notebook or laptop for taking notes, and an open mind ready to learn and implement. We'll provide all workshop materials and resources.
Is hotel accommodation included?
